The reception staff sets the tone for any business. I have always been greeted with a smile and friendly service. As with all businesses, errors happen, but Jada takes accountability on behalf of herself as well as Lex Brodie's. To me, that is HUGE! Oftentimes, people will blame someone else for a mistake.
