My car broke down on the North Shore and got towed to Lex Brodies Waipahu. I worked with Jack "the Base" Belford who was unbelievably helpful and fair in helping me get my car back to working order. He even stayed late one night to show me how to fix some things myself. When my battery died in my car the next day (the only reason why I give it 4 stars) Jack personally called Lex Brodies at the Queens location which was nearer to my house to make sure they took care of me. I'm so glad my car got towed to Lex Brodies Waipahu. Thanks Jack for all your help!

I will continue to return to Lex Brodie because of the service I receive. Whatever the problem, I feel they do their best to look out for what's best (and most affordable) for me. Freddie does an excellent job at explaining what is wrong, what my options are, and determining what the priority is to be fixed. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received, the way I (and my cars) were taken cared of, and the time it took to complete each job!

"Dropped in" and received same day service. Many options. Was given what i needed in a timely manner. Did not feel overcharged.

I called ahead but was informed I could just "walk-in" and when I did I was greeted quickly and one of the sales reps took my info and gave me a 2 hour time frame for when the tire would be done. They actually called me after just an hour or so to tell me my car was completed. Thank YOU!

I took my car to them to get some warranty on some defective Michelin tires. The tires were chancing out with only 9500 miles. They tried to bs me and say it was not warranty After alot of bs Michelin in north Carolina agreed to replace the tires with me paying the prorate for 9500miles. I agreed with michelin then they made up some baloney about the tires being discontinued and I have to go to costco and pay 33percnt of new tires. I decided to not take their lousy offer on principle. Why get crapy tirs all over again and do this again in 9500 miles Don`t buy tires from these guys or Michelin.
