I called ahead to find out if they could take me that day to replace my battery. I was told to come in. In spite of a number of "walk-ins" just before I arrived, I was taken care of quickly and courteously.

everyone very polite to my worker when replacing a tire that had a nail in the sidewall, especially only charging $29 to change the tire out & no charge for the new tire. That was great! Then when my worker called and said that your reps recommend that we replace the 2 front tires and get a wheel alignment, I said great initiative for looking at all the tires. I wish I had a worker like that, but I was short on funds this month, so I said sorry, no. When I got to see the tires, they looked good. Maybe I'm no expert, but I'll never allow my workers to make decisions when dealing with you guys. You could have showed where there was uneven tread wear and how much depth there was in the treads and said maybe 80% used, but from what I saw, there was no explanation so I can't see wasting money on changing tires with no real signs of unevenness and a lot of tread wear left. I've been in business for 15 years, so take it anyway you like, but if you asked, I'm telling. Any feedback is good feedback, even it's bad...this isn't really bad......it's just a way to tweak it to do it better next time. I'm always learning and someday aspire to what Lex accomplished in life. I met him one and was very impressed and motivated. Overall good company.

We got a quote for tires and made an appointment to have them installed the next week. We went at that time and guess what? No tires and the tires we wanted don't seem to even be available at this time. Don't waste your time....go somewhere else. I appreciate a company that cares what customers think and remedies problems. Lex Brodie's did that.
