This will be a long story short deal, as I really am totally grateful for the way I was treated as a customer. Managed to speak to Jordan on Monday, right as the shop was closing. I told him that I discovered a nail in my back tire and he said to bring it by on Tuesday-- I did so. I got there at about 845AM, it was beginning to get busy but he had my truck worked on quickly. I walked across the street and looked around-- by the time I sat down somewhere I got the call saying my truck was finished and to come get it. All and all, you can see that things flow smooth. I wasn't really a big fan of going here as I've heard nothing but horror stories from my friends- don't know if there was a staff change or what, but I'll be back when the time comes to service my truck. Fast service, truly awesome service-- Jordan was awesome and I thank everyone there for being great-- you guys earned a repeat customer!

I meant to write this when we did the tire service and only now have the time. I went in early Saturday morning the day after Hurricane Iselle missed us. Everybody hates to waste money and I'm one of them. Its unfortunate that the tires on my car are very unique in size. That's what I get for owning a hotrod Dodge. $200 per tire is a lot if money. When spending that much you have a certain level of expectation on service. I was not disappointed at all. I was greeted promptly. Asked how my day was so far. The paperwork and check on my car was done quickly and efficiently. And I was told it will only be an hour. An hour! Everywhere else I've been including the dealer said it will be a few hours. I tell them take there time I made plans to get a ride and run some errands. Not more than 45 minutes later I get a call saying my car is done and ready for pick up. Amazing. I keep a very clean car. They even treated the tires for me so they looked good on my shiny car. Thanks Lex Brodie's. You made it easy to spend $900. Thank you very much.

Good as can be for a car repair place. Friendly experience every time. There's no perfect place to get your car fixed but this is where I choose to go. I realize that it's foolish to expect perfection and finding a place that you can be comfortable to service your vehicles are extremely important. I not only take my personal vehicles there but have started to take the fleet of company vehicles to Lex Brodie's from my work place.

Here's why LB just lost me as a customer. When I dropped my car off recently for an oil change, rotation and safety check I was told my front tires were worn and wouldn't pass. Fair enough, they were several years old so I said OK replace them. An hour later I got a call saying my car had a torn CV boot and a bad tie rod, and it wouldn't pass inspection. By that time of course they'd already put the new tires on the car. My gripe is that I should have gotten all the bad news at once, and been given the option of shopping elsewhere. That would have been an up front way to do business. Instead, I was being coerced into paying for more repairs in order to pass inspection. I expressed my concerns to the manager when I picked up the car and he seemed unimpressed. Which is why I won't do business with LB any longer, and am sharing my experience with friends (one of whom told me he was similarly dealt with at LB a few years ago). PS I took the car to my local garage and it passed with flying colors.

Went in for an oil change. Didn't set up an appointment but the person that was helping me said it's okay. She told me that it was going to take a couple of hours and I told her I was going to wait in the lounge. The lounge was nice and cool, with a lot of seating. I love the fact that there was free coffee and wifi. This made time fly by quickly. Next thing I knew my name was being called. The oil change was actually faster than I thought. I made a appointment for 7 am today and I was running late about 10 min when I got there there was two other people already there but there was no one in the shop so I waited till about 18 after the only person to show up was another customer Man if I call you to make a appointment and you tell me that your open at 7 am I expect you to be open Yah I know I was late but I am the customer and if your a good business then the customer is always correct something that I learned from world class business training I gave them 2 star's because I did some business with them before and they was better about 4 to 4.5 star's
