This store was EXTREMELY BETTER than the previous Lex Brodie locarion We bought from. They were very personable, knowledgeable, and sincerely concerned with my car. They also taught me some things I didn't know about my Porsche,, like the two back tires are not the same size as the two front tires- on purpose! !! They are great.

Mahalo to Cooper and the Kakaako LB Team! I am a local Real Estate Agent which means that I and my business depend on the car! Yesterday, I backed over something sharp that I didn't see and punctured the rear tire. We recently put new tires on the car and luckily they were still under warranty so it wasn't as much $ as it could have been. Despite the middle of the day 90' heat, the team was really friendly and nice. I was initially told that it might be a 3-4 hour wait, but it turned out that they were able to put a brand new tire on in the time I had lunch and then I was on my way!! Thanks again! You guys are the best!

I needed my tire to be replaced due to the separating and wearing out to pass the safety check. I just drove in to learn my option. I was helped immediately as walking toward the entrance. Checked the tires together and offered the option of the tire selection. And I was also advised kindly to replace the other together for a good balance because the other one was just about to go. Then I was escorted to the AC'd lounge, had a coffee, watching news, using phone, and relax. It was also fun to walk around to check the work progress, it was like visiting a museum. Safe, clean, and friendly. Thank you very much for taking my headache away pleasantly.

I have been a longtime customer (20 plus years). I have always had great service, but the last two times I have gone to there I noticed that phone calls take precedent to customers waiting at the counter. In one instance the person started to help me, but I got interrupted by three phone calls and stood there waiting while he assisted a customer on the phone. He kept saying sorry, but it is just annoying to stand and wait. Frustrating when this occurs. I don't fault the person trying to help me but either they should have someone else answer the phone when customers are at the counter or allow the calls to go to voicemail where they can call back once they are done with customers at the counter.
