An amazing staff that kept me constantly informed during each stage of repair.

I've been a customer for 40+ years and have had great service. Today was no exception. I took pressure reading on my fires and noticed that the passenger rear was reading 20 lbs. and noticed there was a head of a screw embedded in tire. Took it in right away. Being a Saturday there were a number of other cars que'd up. I was told it would take ~ 2.5 hours...so I went for a walk to shops close by and got back as they were finishing up. I saw them wipe down tires with low gloss tire dressing...which they did not have to do. We reviewed what was done and they found one nail "and" one screw in tire. All said and done...no charge! Note: Wife had her tires checked out about 2 weeks ago...slow leak via a nail was repaired. Amusing side note; when they accessed the customer data base. Using our unique Family name, it took some time to go thru all my relatives who are also customers to get to ours. I guess our relatives find the work done by Lex Brodie's acceptable. My Service Representative was Cooper...very nice individual...Coop also found it rather amusing thru the Family string to get to my name. For those who may question the time it takes to change out or repair your tires....please take in consideration if you have an appointment or a drop in appt., the customer load on given day and most important these folks are working under some rather dangerous work conditions and precautions need to be taken in insure their safety. As for me, 2.5 hours for a free flat repair?...not bad when you consider what it would be like inspection and repair by myself.

Had a punctured tire, & needed immediate service. After speaking to a professional at Lex Brodies', I decided to replace all four tires, as I was told they would not pass my next safety check. I was very pleased with the service - it was timely & professional - they actually finished earlier than the agreed upon time, & I actually had some time left before my next appointment! And on a busy Friday, no less! You guys rock!

The warm greeting and customer service was top notch from COP and Taylor, who rang my bill. Both were so helpful and explained what I could choose for the condition of my car ( balance & alignment) and the one year or two year warranty. Having heard their explanation gave me the confidence my car was in good hands and I could drive off safely. Thank you very much!

Customer service was excellent but no one called to ask if I wanted to change the "dirty air filter" which is recommended on the invoice.

They were $25 cheaper for 4 new tires/installation than another place I looked at in Kaimuki. They also gave me $100 off for buying 4 new tires, so I was able to afford the $90 alignment. They had the tires in stock. They could take my car in within an hour. Everyone was very nice. They had an A/C waiting room with WiFi & coffee....Plus they gave me a redemption form for a Free Oil Change! The tires were more expensive than I was hoping to pay, but that's life I guess! Overall, I am super stoked with Lex Brodie's service I made an appointment for Friday to have the rest of my newly purchased car looked at.
