I went to Lex Brodie's because I've had excellent service from them before, it's a local chain and offers a variety of tire brands including the Michelin brand which I'm very happy with. The store associate (Christian) was very helpful providing me various tire options for my car as well as all promotions available so I could weigh tire cost and value before making my choice. I made an appointment for the following week and was promptly greeted and service started at the agreed upon time. There was no "hard sell" for brake service or shock replacement and I really appreciate that from your company associates. Upon completion the billing agent (sorry, I don't have her name) was very cordial and helped by making copies of my receipt so I could mail them to the various agencies providing the promotions. I'm very satisfied with my most recent visit to Lex Brodie's. Thank you all.

I've gone to Lex Brodie's over a span of more than 20 years with 3 different cars to purchase tires, replace brake pads, and repair leaky tires. I've gone to 3 different locations- Queen Street, Waipahu, and Kalihi. The service I've received has always been excellent! One of biggest reasons I've returned over and over again is because of their willingness to repair those tires with screws or nails in them without any charges and I must say I've had more than a few incidents! They take time away from focusing on cars where the owners will be charged; yet, they do it! I've had to bring in my car for just this very reason over and over again and ironically feel guilty about leaving without paying a cent! Thank you for your continued commitment to excellent service!
