My visit was awesome! I went in to get a tire patched and for a safety inspection without an appointment and didn't wait very long at all. They also went ahead and changed my brake light without asking which was great. Anytime I have an issue, they're quick to fix it and make it super easy. I never feel like I am taken advantage of and the staff is really helpful.

My anticipated expenditure for a radiator was very unnerving but the personnel at Lex Brodie's Kalihi was very thorough and professional in explaining the problem and solution. They made my visit much more pleasant. Thanks Lex Brodie's !

Inv#1090502, I was told it would take a couple of hours... Ended up taking 6. The bill seemed steep based on the amount of work performed and now the interior of my vehicle smells like grease. I'm disappointed; It wasted my entire day and I feel like I overpaid. I will say the staff seemed friendly -- but I doubt I'll be back... Which is a shame.

So convenient and fast service. They found a screw in the tire causing a slow air leak and fixed it fast without charge. I'm glad i bought my tires from Lex Brodie's. Mahalo.

I do trust the care I get here for my old car Appreciate the AAA discount too.I know they are busy but waiting in the heat for almost 3 hours to have my battery charged was too much.

No complaints. Made appt to have tires installed on new wheels. Wasn't oversold on new tires or things I didn't need and the job was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks

Great customer service, both on the phone and in person! They gave me an accurate quote for my new tires and safety inspection over the phone so that there were no surprises when it came time to pay. Cheaper than the other places and much more patient and kind. I will return!
