They explained everything and fixed everything so I knew my car was safe to drive and everything that needed to be fixed was done. I felt they were very honest and tried their best to keep me informed so I could make good decisions. My car drives like new!

We're always grateful with the good work done but we would prefer to see all the parts that was removed. The employees are very professionals with their job.

This was my first time at Lex Brodie's for a routine safety check. I was very impressed by their speed and professionalism. I will definitely return and suggest others to, as well. Great work!

Staff was excellent! Super friendly and knowledgable. I would give five stars, but there was some confusion over the phone; I was checking prices and available times with multiple businesses, so when they said come on down I jumped at the chance - only to find out that they meant come on down and get an immediate brake check and estimate, with the work to be completed at some other time. I arrived at 10:20 and was originally told that the work would be completed by close of business (6:00). Having been up for the past twenty hours I was very upset and felt like I had been mislead. Your rep apologized for what was probably my misunderstanding and somehow managed to squeeze me in and hand me the keys by 2:30-3:00 - a BIG improvement over 6:00! I feel that I received excellent service and great value for my money!

I had a flat tire and needed it fixed! Eddie P was great in quoting a honest time with the other work they had. The shop has free Wifi, Coffee, ac and TV in the clean lounge. I look forward to going there when I have car trouble.

I received excellent service from Barney from the time I called him about my tires. I had gotten a quote from Lexus on some TOYO tires. Barney helped me with the size and gave me a quote on Goodrich. After making my appointment, I arrived that day and Barney was there to walk me thru. I even got a safety check, fixed my wiper blades to pass and picked up my car. I was happy to see him from the beginning and to the pick up. I felt that he knew what was going on with my car. Aloha to all the staff at LB. Such great service including the cashier.

Professional staff with lots of heart. We came in to change our oil. Our car takes both conventional and synthetic oil. Because our car had a 2-year oil change from Toyota, we had been taking it to them for a free oil change. However, the first change after being serviced at Toyota, they used conventional oil. We noticed our car wasn't providing the gas mileage it used to. This was the second oil change since Toyota and our car has been running smoother and not idling high when we first start it up. It's only been a couple days, but by the end of the month we should get a better understanding if this was the problem. Lex was fast and thorough. The other guys said my brakes were wearing and needed to be replaced. But Lex said that it looked very good. I'm coming back next oil change.
