Very courteous and helpful service! Only an annual Safety Check, but I observed other repair work in progress on a wide variety of vehicles, while I waited. The inspector (Jim) found a rear-light bulb blown out and replaced it for me, without asking, so that I could pass the safety check without delay. I had another problem (blurry window tint) that was not so easily fixed, but I was invited to return any time between 7:00AM-6:00 PM when that problem was fixed. I fixed it, immediately went back, and the car passed the Safety Check.

I have been going to Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe for a while now. Mainly for oil changes and safety check. Pricing is fair and the staff is friendly. Sometimes their time estimates are a little off, but I understand that sometimes when working on a car, things pop up that are out of your control. Overall have had good experiences there and will continue to go there.

Excellent customer service! Had rear brakes replaced, mechanics explained options available without pressure to purchase the most expensive service. I did chose your fixed forever option and feel confident this was the right choice. I am so glad I reviewed your site at YELP because I was going to go back to Firestone where I had purchased tires a week ago. After reading their reviews and yours I took a chance. Thank goodness because my brakes weren't the immediate problem of grinding and squealing it was a loose tire that Firestone is responsible for. Sorry I didn't find you sooner but from now on you are my mechanics. Thanks Linda

I was disappointment that even with an appointment for a safety check I still had to wait over an hour. I thought if you made an appointment you didn't have to wait that long. If i knew I had to wait over an hour for a safety check, I would have gone somewhere else. However; the staff was nice and friendly.

The folks at Lex Brodie are always great. They get me in and finish very quickly. The quality is also great. My tires look good and the ride is amazing.

I know that I can always count on timely service with a smile and for a fair price. I brought my car in to address an issue with my Tire Pressure Sensor (TPS). It would not go away after I filled my tires to the correct pressure. I was sure that I would have to replace the sensors in at least one of the tires (they were eight years old). I asked to be called with an estimate to replace all the sensors. When I got the call about an hour later, I was told that I could come and pick up the car. The TPS only had to be reset. I walked out paying less than $40 for something I was sure I would have needed to spend at least $200 on!
