Wait was TOO LONG. I called to make an appointment to have a new tire put on my rim and to have my alignment checked. I was told an appointment was not necessary if I could leave my car for the day. When I arrived, the attendant who helped me said the job would take a couple hours. I said that's fine. It was 10:00am. So I went and did my early voting, grabbed a bite to eat and walked around Sports Authority. It was about 12:15pm. I walked back to Lex Brodie's. I sat in your waiting area, read my newspaper, did the crossword, took a nap, and waited, and waited and waited. Finally an attendant came in to tell me my car was ready. It is now 2:00pm. I waited 4 HOURS for a tire and alignment. THAT'S TOO LONG. It would have been nice if an attendant came into the waiting area and asked how long have you been waiting. With technology widely available, text alerts could have been sent to my phone and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. I think your company should look into that service.
