Although not able to find a problem, I thought the service was good. Would come back again.

Although I had gone in for only a slow leak repair on my corvette, the service and care on my car was impeccable. From covering my seat, steering wheel, and floor with protective plastic, to even tire blacking all of the other tires to make them look good.

I called first to make an appointment and asked about the online discount which was given along with $10 off for alignment. They said it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes for 4 new tires and alignment, and they were right on. I wish it could have been quicker, but oh well. I have always bought my tires from Lex Brodie's and feel the service is adequate. Why go anywhere else? There was a small problem; they forgot to reset the "low tire" light in the dash, which I noticed after I drove away and so had to go around the block to get back. It was quickly reset, but the guy had a bit of difficulty getting fuse box cover off, and when he did, something fell out. He picked it up and took it with him, but he came back and gave it to me telling me the little plastic plier is for removing a fuse. He didn't offer to put it back into the fuse box.

Last month I had by 6 month "free" tire rotation and balance...where they rotated and then unbalanced my tires so they vibrate. As much as I like the feeling I took the car back today for them to put right...7 hours (yes...Seven) later my car no longer vibrates and they very kindly didn't charge me for the two wheel nuts they stripped On the plus side they now only have to remove one wheel trim as they broke two of the others ( and I lost one) so maybe it will be quicker if I go back in 6 months time.

Customer service was timely and I didn't have to stand around for a long time before someone asked me for help. My service agent was kind and didn't just rush through the process.

Much better customer service. The first time I walked into the Honolulu location there was NO customer service. I stood around and no one asked if I needed help, I walked out. Never experienced this at the Kalihi location (maybe because of setup). I went there yesterday for an oil change because of convenience and decided to give this location another chance after my last review. Major difference! As I walked up, I was greeted and asked what I needed. Service didn't take long though I had no appointment. Even while waiting to check out I was asked 2-3 times if I was being helped. I appreciate the response back to my last review and I appreciate the change at this location. Thank YOU very much.
