Today my Mom who lives in the Islands had an issue with her car. She felt that the battery might be on the way out stopped by. She talked with an outstanding mechanic who checked out the issue and diagnosed that the car was not being driven enough to charge the battery. Nothing was changed out and she was on her way with a reassurance that the car was fine. Customer service at it's best!!

I purchased new tires & got a Safety Inspection on 11/15/14. Barney was amazing! He was very informative & made sure I understood what I needed to do for my car now & what didn't necessarily need to be done right away. This was a really nice gesture in helping me to manage the expenses of car care. Barney was also very friendly & made me feel like more than a valued customer. He made me feel like family. I will definitely come back - especially if Barney is available to assist me. PS - my new tires look great!

Custom service were great, Cooper was very professional and polite Only one fault, if they could have wipe down the rims of all the grease/grim that was on it and I have grease on the driver seat. Other than that everything was great

Guess what. I ran over something on the road early this morning (11/15/14) on Keeaumoku Street. it may have been a box of some kind which I did not see as it was still dark. I drove a short distance and could hear a tapping sound. Stopped and checked my tires and sure enough, the rear passenger tire had a nail in it. Went straight to Lex Brodie's on Queen St as I knew they were the place to go given my previous experience with them. As always, the people there were extremely professional and helpful and although they were a little short handed today, they got my tire off and repaired in very short order. I cannot tell you what it means to have someplace to go to like Lex Brodie's where they do things right and in a very timely manner. I cannot recommend these guys more highly as their customer service and work is top notch. You just cannot go wrong if you chose to go there. By the way, my tires are the Assurance brand of Goodyear tires. They are good and quiet on the road but problem is their tread design seems to have a tendency to pick up stones between the threads. This may also explain their tendency to pick up nails, screws etc which has been my experience not only on my current set of tires but the ones I had previously. Next time, I will try some other brand of tires. Tired of having my tires repaired but comforting to know that I can always go to Lex Brodie's when it happens again.

As time goes on, I believe in four things: My wife, My Border Collie, Lex Brodie's and God. Not necessarily in that order.
