Woke up on Sunday morning to find my rear passenger tire completely flat. Knowing that Lex Brodie's are open on Sunday, I called Lex Brodie's to give them a heads up of my arrival and emergency. Without hesitation, the representative on the phone said no problem and bring your car right in. When I arrived car in tow, the representative walked out and greeted me with a smile. Being a returning customer, the representative already had a plan of action. Within an hour, I had a new tire and was able to enjoy the rest of my weekend. Mahalo Nui Lex Brodie's.

Today unexpectedly, I had a radiator problem. I had no choice but to stop the car and have it towed. AAA recommended Lex Brodie's which is where I have been coming for many yrs. As it turned out, the whole radiator had to be pulled out and it was expensive, but that's how it goes. It seems that this problem w/ many of the cars is common (I didn't know that). Freddie and the crew that wrkd on my car did it pretty fast. They somehow wrkd me into their schedule and had me out of there in just a matter of a few hours. I'm grateful to them for their expertise. The girl @ the counter as vry pleasant and courteous. No wonder I come to Lex Brodie's for my car woes and tires.

This is the BEST commercial auto repair I've ever dealt with. They've never added unnecessary changes or services and don't and don't try to "guess" at what's wrong and then try telling you that you need this and that changed. Instead, they tell you to comeback when it happens again and they can assess it better. And when they do,they find a way to save you money by adding on a discount coupon even when I didn't have one. They are so honest with polite and knowledgeable staff. This is my new Go To place for anything car related.

It was my first time at Lex Brodie's for a safety check, and what an awesome experience. From the moment you pull up, you are greeted by the friendliest people. You can choose to wait, or you can leave and they will call you when your vehicle is ready. I waited, and it was a fast service and on-time appointment. I would definitely go back again!

Two front tire change + wheel alignment estimated 2 hours... ended up 3 1/2 hrs. Zach was very professional and pleasant. My car drives great.
