Friendly, polite; able to bring car in the day after I called. Time quoted for the repair was accurate. Felt like I was in Santa's workshop as I walked through there. So many elves helping customers or working on our cars. Lots of smiling employees. Thank you for making my experience so comfortable.

I just had my safety check done and my tires rotated on my truck. Had an appointment scheduled for 2:00pm on 12/11 for the safety. Had the tire rotation added when I got to the counter and the truck went into the work area right at 2:00. It took an hour and a half for me to get my truck back. I think this is far too long. Even with the new regulations on safety checks, I don't feel this was done in a timely matter. The only explanation I got was a safety check usually takes an hour. No way! Unless you're 'trying" to find something for the vehicle to fail. I try to support the locally owned businesses and that's why I purchased the tires from you. However, as far as the next safety check and rotation, I think I'll be heading elsewhere. I'm willing to give up my free rotation and flat repairs and find another shop to have these services done. Time is very valuable but here, it seems to be of little consequence. Other customers in the waiting room also seemed frustrated. I can't say I would recommend this location to anyone.

Last week I learned that I needed to buy 4 new tires for my 1.5 year old Sienna SE after hydroplaning on my way up the Pali in the rain that morning. I checked with Kaneohe tire stores and learned the tires I need were not in stock and difficult to find. I then drove to Lex Brodie's Kaneohe where Gerard Alquin was able to get the tires delivered to their location within an hour and he matched Costco pricing! The added bonus of a rebate and 1 year AAA membership were great! Everyone at the Kaneohe location was very friendly and helpful. Even though it was a very expensive purchase, I feel I got the best possible deal and left feeling extremely satisfied and "safe" when I drove home. "Thank You Very Much," Lex Brodie's!

First time visiting Lex Brodie's, after years of patronizing another shop that is near my home. After having a flat tire, I called around to various stores and only Lex Brodie's made me feel important. Every single person I encountered from the desk, to the garage, to even the employees in the parking lot, were so friendly and helpful! I have never encountered such amazing customer service! Every employee was so willing to help me, all with a wonderful smile! Thank you very much! I will be back for all my automotive needs!!

Richard at Lex Brodie, Queen Street gave me an accurate, complete quote over the phone. He confirmed that the tire I wanted was in stock and he could install my new tires before the end of the business day. Sweet! The competition required me to drive to the shop to tell me they could not help me, and could not say when they would have my preferred tire in stock. Keep up the good work!
