Invoice #1098818. I'm a loyal customer of Lex Brodie's and my experience is usually pretty good. I had my front brakes fixed today ($499) and I'm sure the work is fine. However, after paying my bill and going to get my car, I found that it had been parked off to the side in a the middle of a mud puddle that extended far outside the driver's side door. This made it difficult and wet getting into the car and resulted in the driver's side floor getting dirty. Plus, whoever had tested the car moved the seat all the way up, but didn't return the seat to its original position, which was all the way back. This added to the difficulty in getting into the car from the mud puddle. I would encourage you to pay more attention to how customers are treated right up until they leave. Just because the bill has been paid doesn't mean the quality of service that Lex Brodie's is usually known for comes to an end.

Thank You…very much goes out to the young gentleman at the Kaneohe shop. I was late in picking up my car on New Years eve. While waiting for a ride, this gentleman, sorry did not obtain his name, saw me outside and motioned for me to come to the shop, so that I could pick up my car. He then opened the front gate and allowed me to pick up my car. This gentleman provided exceptional service beyond the call of duty.

Big Secret: Not just for tires! This business is AMAZING! When I first moved to Honolulu, this place intimidated me. I thought, "Oh, no not that place, it looks big and successful and they must over-charge or something." But today when I was in a jam on New Year's Eve Day - the last day of 2014 and urgently needed my car fixed this was the only place I could tow it. And to my surprise and amazement they were not only able to take my car at the last minute, everyone who works here works so hard and is SO NICE! Not only are they entirely capable, capable and honest, they are full of the Aloha Spirit. I wish that I've always come here and after today there is nowhere else i will take my car. This is it. I've found the best place on O'ahu. Thank you to the team there for your hard work, for your kindness and expert ability to explain the situation, for not taking advantage of me, for your honesty and above all for your great aloha spirit. I am grateful that I've found you. I highly, highly, highly recommend this establishment if your car needs repair. I feel lucky to have found it, and so will you. This business suits my motto that kind people should receive more business and if there is anything I can do, other than drive my nearly two decade year old vehicle, to send them more business I most certainly will. Service was faster than anticipated, and very much appreciated.

Had to take back back my car in less than 48 hours after the same dash board warning signs came back on. Leo the mechanic took time to figure out what was wrong and gave me an honest feed back. I really thank him for that. Of course, they did not charge me for the second visit.

What can I say. ... excellent service and all employees are so friendly. Went to another place first for my car inspection and sensed something was not right so I quickly left and drove down over to Lex. ... like night and day

Although it was the first time I had done business at Lex Brodies in a number of years, I felt like a valued longtime customer from the first moment I arrived on the day my service. Employees were friendly & efficient and had me checked in quickly. I was notified by telephone as soon as my vehicle was finished. When I picked up my vehicle, I was assisted very quickly & was on the road within 5 to 10 minutes. The only negative feedback I would have is that when I called to schedule the appointment, I was placed on hold for several minutes. Overall I rate my experience 5 stars.
