Great, fast service!

Customer service is everything at Lex Brodie's. Had the best experience which started shortly after 7 am when I spoke to agent Richard over the phone to discuss my tire needs. Speaking to Richard was like talking to an old friend. When I arrived at my appointment later in the morning, he welcomed me at the entrance and inspected all of my tires including the ones I was not replacing. By doing this, he found a nail in a rear tire which I was totally unaware of. The performed work was completed in an hour, sooner than stated! My car was waiting at the entrance with Richard there to see me off. The customer service I received left me smiling as I drove away.

As usual, friendly staff, car was delivered when promised and fixed the problem. Excellent staff.

Came to Lex Brodies to obtain a new tire and alignment. Really friendly staff, Fast servicing of the car, and they keep you informed during the whole process. I went to the Kalihi location in the morning when I was supposed to be on my way to work because I noticed one of my tires was losing pressure. Junior immediately welcomed me and was so efficient on getting me taken care of. He let me know exactly what they were going to do, estimated how long it would take so I knew what to expect. Best part, it took a shorter time than he estimated and I was out of there with a repaired tire in no time! Thank you for your excellent service!

I am a first time customer to Lex Brodie's and was very satisfied with the service. Michael Rizzo, manager, was friendly and courteous when taking in my car for service. Michael explained the process and made me feel my car was in good hands. Eddie, service technician, left clear telephone message for me to return. When talking with Eddie, he was able to explain my car issues and what needed to be done. Other staff member called me to inform me when my car was ready for pick up. When picking up my car, the female staff member was friendly and serviced me promptly. Great work Lex Brodie's team. I'll be back for future car service.

An oil change, tire rotation and alignment check is what I came in for. The staff was able to service my vehicle in a prompt, efficient, and professional manner. I have come to rely on Lex Brodie's for routine maintenance. I appreciated the offer to rotate the tires at no charge. It shows me that they value my repeat business and will go the extra mile to keep a loyal customer. I am sure that when it comes time for me to replace the tires, Lex Brodie's will be my first consideration.
