Good quick honest service

For each service, details were explained, what was needed and cost. all seemed reasonable ans service was completed when promised

My scheduled appointment started about 15 minutes early, they said it would take 1 1/2 hours, but completed in less than hour. Great and friendly staff, very happy with service performed on vehicle, great location, will do more buisness with Lex Brodies in Honolulu.

This is my first time taking my car to Lex Brodie and the staff was extremely friendly. I was about 15 minutes early for my appointment, but they checked me in and in no time my car was ready. Very reasonably priced. I plan on visiting Lex Brodie for my future automotive needs.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is that it took over 2 hours to have an oil change and my tires rotated, and I was told I was the first in line this morning with an appointment. They do a really good here but if they could service cars faster for oil changes and tire rotations, I would come here for all my car servicing needs. I was quoted an hour waiting time to have a safety check with an appointment!

I called for my free tire rotation and inspection and Brooke helped me with my service. She was professional and had good selling skills. She explained the benefits of the alignment services available. I asked about coupons or specials and she asked if I had an AAA membership for a 10% discount. I did not have my member number with me, but, she graciously told me that I could call that in later. Whenever I go in for servicing at Lex Brodies, I always feel like they want to help and do the best that they can for their customers.
