Up front: Would give zero stars if I could. Don't drop off your car here for a brake flush. And don't drop off your car with Jordan regardless of the issue. Jordan is terrible with customer service and refuses to do basic things on time. I don't appreciate someone telling me that they refuse to do something because, well, for no good reason. And with Jordan being in charge, don't expect your car to be serviced in time. He sets the schedule and is in charge so what he says goes and the customer is wrong. Dropped my car off in the morning at 7:30 am for an oil change, tire rotation and balance, and brake system flush. All simple things that I didn't expect to take multiple days. I had scheduled an appointment at 8:00am for those above items and didn't think being 30 minutes early could hurt. At 2:30pm, it had been radio silent from Jordan. I called to see what the status was. Spoke with Jordan who stated that the technician just got my car in the rack and is checking it out. When I asked him why it took so long, he said that there were many other cars ahead of me. Since I dropped it off 30 minutes after the shop opened and 30 minutes before the earliest appointment available that day, I had a hard time believing that there were a ton of cars ahead of me. After asking why such simple service would take so long, Jordan repeated that "they are busy" and stated that no matter what, he refused to do a brake system flush. I told him the brakes on the car had been checked before, and that the brake fluid is probably old and just need a flush. He still refused. Jordan insisted that even if the technician recommends a flush that he's not going to do a flush today. When I asked him why he wouldn't do it if the technician recommends, he just said he'd check with the technician and get back with me. Jordan called back and stated that he's still not going to do a brake system flush today because the technician doesn't recommend it since it won't fix the problem. Since he's the general manager, of course the technician would not contradict him. When I asked what was wrong with the brakes, Jordan stated that is unknown. Apparently, even though they don't know what's wrong with the brakes, the technician automatically agreed with his general manager. Shocking. Jordan couldn't offer a time frame other than the car needs to remain in the shop until Monday. Since I have to work Monday, I refused. Never have I had a worse experience with a mechanic shop. Been to this Lex before and received excellent service from someone other than Jordan. Will never go back again after this. Can't recommend anyone else going there while Jordan is in charge.
