Would like to acknowledge and commend Zach Cuson, and tech Steve Wilson as well as other staff working on Superbowl Sunday. Staff worked promptly and were true professionals who worked to give me exactly what I needed. Service with a smile still exists and is refreshing to see. I know many people choose big box retailers sometimes for savings, but time spent waiting to even be acknowledged was more than I wanted to pay, never even made it to counter.

She also offered related car care services (if you didn't know LB had them). Delsey is "swift" on the phone and behind her desk; a true customer care professional! I last visited Lex Brodie's when Mr. Brodie was running the business. I expected the same personalized attention as before. The new changes are not as good. 1. Had to look for a service person 2. was told that the installation of 4 tires plus wheel alignment would take 2 hours from the time we checked in. The actual time before they started to replace the tires on my car was about 1 hour and 15 minutes. After installing the 4 tires, I was told that it would take an additional 1 to 1-1/2 hrs to align all 4 wheels. I needed to pick up my grand-kids so had to leave without the alignment. 3. When the car was done and sitting on the driveway....I had to ask someone...is the car done??? It was not a "feel good visit" compared to when Mr. Brodie was running the business. The service policy is still the same but the service is completely different.

A Special Thanks to the Manager - Gerard, for resolving an unfortunate misunderstanding I had with a new salesperson, who had tires installed on my car that were not the ones I thought I had purchased. Gerard went to extraordinary efforts to locate and ship in the tires I wanted, while letting me drive on the new ones installed for the time it took for delivery . He handled my irritated reaction with diplomacy and kindness and an obvious intention to make me a happy and loyal customer for life, which he has absolutely accomplished. I have been using Lex Brodie for 40 years now on all of my cars, and wholeheartedly recommend them, and most particularly the Kaneohe store with Gerard, you can't go wrong with him in charge!
