Went in for a safety check. Next thing I know the tires are off the car and they want me to spend $2000 on a car that runs great and is perfectly safe. I've done dozens of safety checks and nobody ever had to remove my tires before.

As someone said earlier, go here for tires but somewhere else for repairs if you are able to do so. Costco has better deals on tires also by the way. The customer service, the location and facilities were fine. My problem lies with the most important aspect of an automotive repair shop..The repair. Long story short they said the problem with my car required a replacement part. Which i did agree too however after the "repair", my vehicle still had the original problem, with no explanation or refund in sight. Im taking my car to another shop just to see if any "work" was done or parts replaced at all on my car. So...as i said in the begining..oil change and tires fine. Any other extensive automotive needs, take my advice and find another place to go.

His expertise in answering my questions and focusing on my inquiries was detailed and precise with regards for ensuring needed and proper services was rendered. After reviewing previous estimates and costs from competition, I was surprised to know from my own research that his information was factual and pointed.

Admittingly I have not been to Lex Brodies for several years but came away very impressed with the outstanding customer service I received. Everything and everyone I interacted with from my initial phone inquiry to picking up my car was way beyond my expectations. Being a big box customer for many years I had forgotten what true customer service was like. Keep doing what you do and you will convert more and more customers to buy LOCAL.

Great service great people oil change synthetic oil $59 done in an hour walk over to Starbucks have a cuppa coffee ready to go also cheapest gas station this side of Costco fast friendly professional. they could put a coffee shop on rooftop though that might be cool.
