I had never gotten anything repaired on my car before, so I was a little nervous because I have heard that some maintenance places take advantage of people who clearly don't know what they're talking about or what price points are accurate/competitive (i.e. myself!). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by one of their staff members who checked me in (I had made an appointment over the phone) and then made sure that I was there to patch one of my tires. After about a couple minutes, she found Barney, who walked back over with me to my car to grab the tire that was flat. He inspected it and then rolled it back to the garage, where he told me how much it would be and that I would get a call later to tell me when it was finished. He said that there would be no extra charge to change the spare back to the regular tire! I'm not sure if that's expected, but either way, I really appreciated it. Two thumbs up! Thanks for being so helpful, efficient, and fair!

My experience with Lex Brodie's has been excellent. Service has been done in a timely, effective manner, at reasonable cost. Technicians listen to, and address concerns.

The staff was very courteous, efficient, and thorough. Lei processed payment and checkout. She did a good job of informing us of the Hawaiian Miles Customer Rewards Program.

Took out a screw and was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Came back in 2 hours and they didn't even start. 1 1/2 later was only charged for the plug. Still consider it excellent customer service. Definitely go back.

Quick and Excellent service

What went well: Soon after my arrival, I was asked by a service representative to determine what I needed. He inspected my blown out tire, determined the problem, and that a new tire was the answer. The price-match guarantee was reasonable, and the waiting room was comfortable with good free coffee, TV, and wifi. What I suggest to improve on are the estimated completion times while I wait. On my recent two tire purchases, I waited more than 90 minutes longer than the stated time. Also, other tire dealers make it a practice to only hand tighten lug nuts, in order not to warp brake rotors. I suggest this policy be adopted also. Finally, after paying my bill, I was told that because of the price-match, I would not be receiving a road hazard warranty. This is very anti-customer service and I suggest this policy be changed.

Great friendly service and no hassles. Even for tire repairs and rotation service plan they provide, they get you in and out same day regardless of how busy it is.

Got a flat tire on my truck, pretty bummed because my tires still have a lot of tread. It looked like a inch long slash on the tread part, so I was thinking it probably wouldn't be patch able. Called around to a few places and no one had the size tire I needed. There a little bit bigger and wider that stock size. Costco wouldn't even touch my truck cause the tires were not stock. Well Lex Brodies had them and they open at 7am. Talked to eddy and he said to bring it down no need appointment. I told him I'd be there at 7. So I pulled up about 6:50 and was happy to see the place open and at least two people being helped already. By 7 the paper work was filled out and I was chilling in the waiting room. I told the guy I needed to be on the road by 8:30 cause I work at 9. He said that shouldn't be a problem. 8 o'clock rolls around and still no word, so I'm getting a little worried. 8:05. He comes in and tells me they can't patch the tire. I asked if they could get a new one on by 8:30 and he said, can. I thought for sure they would try to talk me into buying a pair. But he didn't. Well... my ocd told me I needed a pair. Who buys one new tire anyway. They got it done and had me on the road by 8:35. 450 dollars less in my wallet, but after driving on a spare for a few days it felt like money well spent. A company has to really be on it to get 5 stars from me, and I keep trying to think of a reason to give them 4 but I cant. Job well done.

Called to make an appointment the same day and they were so accommodating. Fast, friendly service. Helpful that they have WiFi in their air conditioned customer lounge to get work done while you wait.
