I would rate Lex Brodie's as the number one tire company in Hawaii. Their Customer Service people are very personable and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience in the over 25 years of working with Lex Brodie's. Costco, Sams Club and Sears, etc cannot compare to your prices and service. I would always highly recommend Lex Brodie's.

I have been going to the Kaneohe store for several years now. I always receive the best customer service there. Everyone is so helpful and know what they are doing. And if they are not sure, they ask someone else who may know. They are always accommodating...

I needed an inspection and just did a walk-in. They helped me within a decent amount of time. My car needed a couple of new tires and not only did they inform me, but they took me out and showed me the two tires and explained it. I really appreciated that. Additionally it was very convenient being able to purchase tires there. The tires did cost quite a bit, but they had options and suggestions. I chose to do the tires there, so i paid and walked to/around the mall area while they put them on and completed my inspection. with no further problems I came back and picked up my car without any issues. The process took a couple of hours due to the high volume of customers, but was easy. I'll go back. Pro -decent staff -usually clean -gave explanations on issues -convenient Cons -seemed a tad bit pricey but did offer perks (ie. free alignment after 6 mo) -business wasn't terrible, but not what i'd call fast Overall I have suggested others come here and they liked it also.

As always, it was terrific service. Sorry I forgot the name of the gal who helped me, but she, like all your other staff was on it 100%. I even commented to 2 or 3 people about you guys always get the job down so well.

Excellent experience. Very nice employees, fast service, and with Led Brodie behind it, I know it was done right...Very pleasant waiting area.
