Good, caring to cutomer.

I bought all four tires in 2013 with Lex Brodie (Queen St.) and also purchased the 2 year alignment service. Fast forward to last week, Gerald (I think that is how you spell his name), at the Kaneohe location, told me I have to change my two front tires, because it was throwing off the alignment. I told him I still have tread and the reason I came is to save life on the tires. He told me even if they did a wheel alignment, that it would not fix the pull to the right; that I need to change the tires. So, I waited almost two hours for nothing. I contacted the (Queen St.) Lex Brodie and spoke to Barney. He told me to bring my car in to him; he would help me. On Saturday, 2/14, Barney looked at the tires. He said they do not look like they need to be replaced; that they would do the wheel ailiment and rotate and balance my tires; hopefully that would prevent the pull to the right. My car no longer pulls to the right, thanks to Barney's expertise and excellent customer service. I truly appreciate it. However, I am very disappointed in the service or non-service I received from Gerald at the Kaneohe Lex Brodie. Even though I live that side, I would not want to take my car there anymore after that - as I feel he is more about making a buck than about the customer.
