Greeted immediately upon arrival... explained problems with wheel alignment. Salesperson, sorry, forgot his name; talk dark male... ...He checked car and also recommended new tires needed replacement. He reviewed sale specials and explained deals with rebates. He estimated wait time precisely. Good job! Check out clerk was very courteous and suggested to sign up on rewards program. We will return to do business at Lex"s. Mahalos!

Very friendly and helpful people (my guy was Barnie). Exactly on time too - in fact they were finished with my car sooner than they told me! The cost for a brake job and new front Michelins was higher than I expected but they explained exactly why. Very knowledgeable staff that knew all about my somewhat unusual car and exactly what to do with it. Highly recommended.

I called in advance to make an appointment and when I dropped off my car at 10am, I was given a time estimate of a couple of hours for the work. When I hadn't heard anything by 3pm, I called and was told my car wouldn't be looked at until the end of the day because the shop was busy, and to pick it up at 6pm. A more accurate time estimate would have been helpful so I could have planned my day around it.

I always come to lex Brodie's every times my car is trouble. I love this place with all their good services and friendly employees. I feel comfortable when sitting down in cozy room and watch busy people with their work. Thank you a lot for your business. I'll come again.

Excellent and efficient service. I was a bit surprised at the 2.5 hour time it took, but in a nice lounge with A/C, couldn't have been better. Great pricing as well. Mahalo.
