The service was very good with friendly staff who interacted well and took the time to explain and listen. The waiting room was too cold, worn looking and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were very unattractive.

Very Very happy with the customer service from Lei. I had went to 2 other places and they could not do everything I needed in one location (tires, alignment and safety check) I will move my 3 vehicles to this location now.

Communication with the customer regarding status of time expected to complete work & updates on any delay issues (ie: waiting for delivery of parts, etc.) could definitely be improved. Just take the time to give a verbal explanation. However, I was most impressed with the standard of excellence in the actual repair outcome despite the inconvenience of providing a rental car while the work was being brought up to par. It is priceless to know that if the original work did not pass inspection, they take whatever steps to make certain it ultimately does. Thank you for good inspectors! Special compliments to the manager, Gerard, & to Delsey in the office; they were exceptional.

WAITED 2 HOURS TO HAVE A FLAT TIRE FIXED ,, THEN AFTER 2 HOURS , I WAS TOLD YOU WOULD NOT FIX IT ! BUT YOU WOULD BE HAPPY TO SELL ME A NEW TIRE FOR $117.00 . WHAT A WASTE OF TIME ! YOU COULD HAVE TOLD ME THAT WHEN I BROUGH THE TIRE IN ! ** I WENT TO A GAS STATION AND HAD THE TIRE FIXED IN 15 MIN. IF YOUR UNWILLING TO DO THE WORK REQUESTED ,, YOU SHOULD SAY SO UP FRONT !
