I had an appointment at 11:00 am to get a tire rotation. I was told at the counter that it could be up to an hour and a half, but they would try to get me in between sooner. As such, I waited at the shop. It took almost 2 hours before I got my car back. First, if I was informed when I made the appointment that it would take 1.5 hours, I would have gotten someone to pick me up. Second, I did not leave because I thought it might take sooner. What is the point of having an appointment if it takes this long?? Very unhappy.

Service we good but the price could have been better.

the service is second to none they served me on such time that I was able to continue to complete my work day.

After getting a oil change that was very expensive, I questioned multiple times why? at, time of payment all they said was it needed 2 more quarts. When i reviewed bill later that night, synethic oil was used without me being told. i went Monday and questioned why? Again responds was that It was company only option. i would think they would have mentioned that earlier. Will never recommend Lex Brodies even for free air.

Overall, service was excellent as I've always experienced with one exception this time. In the past, I would arrive and wait by the car to be helped by someone. This time, I waited for quite awhile and no one even acknowledged my presence (there were other employees around). A simple "thanks for waiting" or "we'll be with you shortly" would make all the difference in the world. But, I wondered if I was invisible so I finally had to go in to get help. Did your check-in procedure change? Very important that customers get acknowledged even if they can't be helped right away.

Staff was very cheerful, and pleasant. I unfortunately had to return the next day because the alignment that I had done was not satisfactory, after the 2nd appointment I am happy with the results. I do appreciate that you are ope on Saturday and Sunday.

People always so helpful and I always feel like they are catering to my needs.

Great place to get new tires or your car serviced. Sometimes the wait can be long, so grab some food close by and watch their t.v. or use their free wifi. Aloha

I've been a customer for over 10 years and never had any problems like I have read in other comments. Today, I was lucky to get a nail out of my car within 40 minutes. Usually, there is a long line of customers so I was ready to wait to be serviced. Thank you to the entire staff for always taking care of me!! Mahalo, Jay
