This is the second time in approximately 4mos or so that I've gone to Lex Brodies for different repairs. Both times the service was excellent, done in 24 hrs, acceptable prices & the jobs were done perfectly. I'm going back to have a my Silverado's 100,000mi service check done in a month or two...excellent job y'all...Aloha

The service at the Waipahu Lex Brodies is always professional, courteous, and prompt. Estimates are always right on or very close. Problem analysis is always right. I have two cars that have never been serviced anywhere else for the past fifteen years. The facilities are clean, comfortable, and the general atmosphere is positive, professional, and friendly. Staff morale is high, enjoying excellent leadership. The staff takes care to learn and use your name so that I feel like I am among friends. Which I am. I trust Kekoa, Louie, and Hiroshi completely, and I enjoy seeing them, Blossom and Jana when I bring the cars in for service. Repairs have always been complete, and if something else needs attention I know what it is and what is required. Blossom and Jana always take care of the paperwork professionally, courteously, and with a smile, great people! So, mahalo nui loa for all the great work and aloha for me and my cars at Waipahu Lex Brodies. I will miss Kekoa when he transfers.

Junior always takes care of me and makes it easy to have my 5 vehicles serviced. He applies whatever discounts are available at the time and gives me a fair and honest transaction. I live near Waipahu where he used to work but I now make the trek to Kalihi because he knows what my needs and limits are when it comes to servicing my older cars.

Came in at 8:30am for the Pot Hole wheel alignment special. I expected to wait a few hours. 4:35pm, still here. Didn't expect to wait 8 hours. I left and came back at 12 and waited in the wait room till now. Had to make a fuss only to have them do it now. They up sold me two tires while I was waiting cause they said it was really bad so ok, take $200 more then the original $99 I came in for. No way it should have taken over 8 hours for an alignment even without an appointment.

Kawika and one wahine was very helpful. She did not have the first choice of tires I wanted but quickly found another equal tire for me. I appreciate the quick and friendly service and the professional quality of work. they even went wipe down all of my tires before I left. Mahalo
