I came to do a check on my wheel alignment, my daughter had hit the curb so I wanted them to check it to see whether it needed adjusting. I asked to do a safety check also even though I still had another month. I was then being pushed to do wheel rotation, buy new tires, and suspension check. I didn't want all that, I just wanted an alignment and safety. I did say they can do the rotation if need. I brought the car at 7am, was asked when I'd like it back, I said noon. After my check in, it all went crazy. After I left, I decided to wait on the safety check. I called the first time to let them know not to do it. The guy never took my name or my vehicle. The second time, a female took my name and said she'll let the intake person know. I called a third time because I wasn't confident my message got through. This time I talked to the intake person, and she said okay. At 11:30, I didn't receive any call to let me know what happened with the wheel alignment check, or to let me know whether the car was ready. I called, talked to a female that said the intake person was busy, she didn't seem to find my car work order, or my name. She said she'll have that person call me back. Another half hour went by, so I called again. Same person, she said the intake person will call back. Another 40 minutes went by, I called again, same person telling me she'll have her (intake person) call me back again. I was so upset by then that I demanded to talk to the intake person. She said that my work order was cancelled by me! I was livid! I told her that I cancelled the safety check, not the wheel alignment. This is already 1pm, and no work was done on my car. She tried to give me some explanation, and told me they'll check on it right away. It was done fairly quickly, but I question the quality of the job they did after all that happened.
