GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! When I arrived there were tons of cars already there. I was told my oil change would take at least a couple of hours. After a little over an hour, done. Staff was VERY helpful and answered all my questions. I will definitely make Lex Brodie's my regular service center for ALL my vehicles. I wish I knew about their services earlier. This whole time I thought they only did tires.

Had my first six month tire inspection and rotation and got Fast & Friendly Professional Service.

This is my second visit, on my first visit I came to Lex Brodies out of desperation. I needed my tires done ASAP. this was my only day off, no appointment was necessary. I went in saying these guys better not rip me off. Sold me to buy lifetime tire rotation. There thy go ripping off the customers. Left with the thought of I'll never go back there. Lo and behold, Im back again taking advantage of my tire rotation warranty and geeting my ball joints fixed. Purchased another warranty for parts & labor on my ball joints at a discounted rate. They offered to pay the cost of a rental for the day. After picking my vehicle up the next day, the screeching sound of my vehicle was no more and the service I received is what gave me a change of heart and I will ALWAYS be a customer of Lex Brodies and will definitely share my story with those who ask me. Thanks to all the employees at Kalihi Lex Brodies for being honest, personable, professional but most of all giving me peace of mind that you would service my car as if it was your own.

It took longer than we expected, we were told it was going to be about an hour and a half, and it took three hours, but we were very satisfied that they were able to solve the problem and the car drives much better after being serviced.

Excellent service personnel and so very efficient. The estimated time given for my wait was almost to the "tee" and as I left I felt confident that I could return for other services as well.

I needed to get 2 new front tires, and an alignment when and stopped at Lex Brodies Pearlridge to get the job done. I also needed to pick up my daughter from school at 3pm, and it was 12:30 already. I brought it in and explained my situation, and they agreed, although they did only have one tire in stock, the other tire arrived, and job was complete by 3pm. Great service!
