Appreciate the price match. Also not having to wait for someone to initiate the transaction. Staff efficient and considerate.

this is the third visit for me. initial sign in period is quick and cordial. they make you feel at home. wait time given is usually correct. not an auto buff, but the work done seems to be good, not sloppy.

I recently had an unacceptable experience at the Waipahu Store. The sales representative was argumentative and seemed unable to follow basic logic/math. Service took about 50% longer than estimated. Items in the car were not returned to where they were found. I did not see a single employee wearing a name tag. I can't imagine a less customer service driven location/store.

I had my water pump changed and the service was great. I have been dealing with Lex Brodies for and they always live by their forever repair warranty. also the staff is very nice thank you very much.

Friendly, timely service. Even got a loaner although Enterprise has much to be desired. Wasted lots of time getting, picking up car. All employees i have met at L.Brodies have been friendly, without exception. Hope brakes last forever.
