Dropped off for an oil change at 0700. Techs didn't get in until 0800. Work was performed fine & they even went as far as to check a bulb issue I was having which wasn't expected. Thanx

Put new tires on what turned out to cracked rims. VERY dangerous.

Did not have appointment available. But I could walk in and drop off car for wheel balancing and alignment work. Promised work would be completed by quitting time. Sure enough work was completed as promised. Great working with the crew at Kalihi. Great workers and very accommodating for services. Keep up the great work!

fast, good service. offered to replace bad tire sensor at fair price. knew which tire sensor was bad 9Toyota service in San Diego did not know which tire). 40 point AAA inspection was free. used synthetic oil at a fair price.

Came here to get 4 new tires, paid 1,042$ including installation, one of my tires started deflating so I went back to have them replace it because it was under warranty (called ahead to get this verified). Surprise they couldn't replace it under the warranty because whatever excuse they came up with (sounded made up). I'm never coming back here, they were going to charge me an additional $500 to replace my tire, sounds like a scam to me. Hi Scott, Thank you for your attention in this matter.
