the service at the Honolulu lex brodies is so awesome...from making an appointment to bring my car for a tire change. the friendliness started from the phone to when I drop my car off today....thank you for have such friendly employees........i will recommend lex brodies to all my friends and family. once again mahalo for excellent product, great service and thank you to the employees for such wonderful service.

As soon as you pull up, park, and jump out, all staff is on their A-game! I was greeted promptly and attended to right away. There was no awkward standing around trying to get acknowledgement, I was checked up on continuously from several worker bees, all friendly and helpful. Literally everyone is smiling and welcoming. I made an appointment a few days in advance, dropped my car off for an oil change and maintenance check up the day of, and got it back lickity-split FAST, a little over an hour! I used to service my car at a dealership, but the difference between this location and THAT joke of an establishment, is night and day. The dealership I went to tried to nickle and dime me, always trying to get me to replace parts, upgrade this, blah blah blah etc, Lex Brodie didn't even go there- I got a clean bill of health- at least I was told nothing would need replacing. Easy on the wallet, honest in the hustle, Lex Brodies is my new go to.

I came to Lex Brodie for an Oil Change and Brake Inspection. Brooke and Chris were really helpful in explaining exactly what car repair recommendations were needed versus the preventive maintenance repairs. This provided me with some options to have the work that needed to be done and address the wish list items at a later date, in order to stay within budget.

I had the unfortunate situation of a flat tire. When I took my tire to Lex Brodie not only did they fix that tire but they also checked out my other tires and told me I had a little more time on them. Being a female I sometimes feel like auto shops will take advantage of that. Not here they are wonderful and I will most defiantly go back. I chose them in the first place because of their great prices. Thank you Lex Brodie team.

Excellent service, as always. A friend recommended me to Lex Brodie's three or four years ago, and I've been coming here for servicing ever since. I can't believe how solid you guys are. Not only are your prices the best in town, but you seem to actually care about how people are treated. This latest time, you had the decency to correct me when I mistakenly thought I needed a more substantive tune-up (which would have been much more expensive), so you saved me a lot of money and time. I will of course be back when the next servicing is due, even though it's a further drive than other places I could go. Thank you, very much. :)
