All I can say is quick turn around and the customer service was outstanding

Good service though it was a busy day and they went over the 1hr 15min time frame they quoted. They were able to accommodate my requests.

As usual, excellent service and a valued willingness to please the customer. Also the pricing is fair. Very grateful to Mandy (hope that's right) for her pleasant attitude.

The employees at the Kalihi location always take care of me...I work next door and it is convenient for me to have them service all of my 4 cars.

I made an appointment for 9:30 am to check out an oil leak. I got there early at 9am and was told it would be an hour for them to complete the inspection. After waiting for 2.5 hours, my car was still sitting in line waiting to be looked at. So we left. When I asked about the status of the car at the 2 hour mark, the service agent said it was being looked at. However, I suspected otherwise. I was right. It was still in line. If anyone from management is reading this, the great customer service I've received in the past will still bring me back to your establishment, however, I suggest you discuss how to provide more realistic wait times (especially when people have made appointments). The woman who I spoke with was always friendly however, and apologetic when I left.

We miss Barney at this location! However we experienced excellent service from Lei and Chris. They were professional, knowledgeable and sincerely appreciated their customers. Thank you very much Lei and Chris!!

Very Satisfied. Only place on Oahu I could find to do a safety check on Sunday. They got to the van quickly, and got us out of the shop in a timely fashion.

Speedy walkin services on Sunday afternoon before closing. Have all four tires changed. Friendly and knowledgable staff.

I needed a safety check but ended up also needing 4 new tires. The service was excellent. The sales team gave me an education about the importance of tires and safe placement of the tires. They provided me with options to fit my budget. I appreciate all their help and now feel much safer driving my car with my 4 new tires!
