I came in about a prior to my appointment to make my appointment, get a price quote. I was told by Eddie Pagelsdorf that it would take about 1 1/2 hours. So I scheduled doctors appointments during and after the tire change. When I came for my appointment 3/23 at 9 am I was told by Eddie it will take about 3 hours. I told him I had an appointment at 11:30 am. He said he will try to get the car done before that time and will call me if it will be later. Well, it was 11:08 am and still no call so at 11:15 am I call Eddie. He said my car won't be ready by 11:30 am so I had to cancel my doctor's appointment that I canceled once before. I was upset I was quoted a wrong time and he didn't call me to let me know my car wouldn't be ready in 11:15 am.

It was outstanding again. Someone was there already at 6.30 to take my car. The bill was a touch heavier than epected, but it probably had to be done.

the customer service here is great! brought my car in to fix an oil leak. from the service agent who answered the phone to the ladies and men who work at the service counters, it's a great team effort to make sure the customer is helped right away and not ignored or overlooked.
