I would give this place ZERO STARS! Made an APPOINTMENT for a 2 PM safety inspection. They said it would be an hour and a half wait, which I said ok no problem. What is the point of appointments if they can't be met? I am definitely going to Jiffy Lube next time. (I actually have an appointment with Jiffy Lube on Thursday!!) *** I asked the girl how much longer would I have to wait (it was 3:50) and she gave me a worried look and just told me, "Someone will get to your car ASAP" I didn't realize she meant that no one even looked at it. I'm sure there were "walk ins" after me who had their safety done (I left to get a bite to eat and came back to new faces in the waiting room. They all looked impatient as well.) At 4 I said forget about this, asked for my car back and left. *** I guess no one working today understands the meaning of "appointment"

wonderful service friendly helpful staff go above and beyond

Initially, your Honolulu location did not have accommodations for engine repairs and so I went to Kaneohe. I was not at ease with the assessment for I noted engine light came on but the service consultant said he did not see it. So, he did not suggest to do the diagnostics and wanted to save me the fees. Instead I agreed to just get an oil change and safety check done and which lead to having my tires replaced or it wouldn't pass inspection. I just still feel something is not right in the engine. I will see how it continues to run through this week.

I would have given it 5 stars. But, there was some confusion in the beginning and had to ask for help twice. Besides that, everyone there were fantastic! I have always gotten great service there.

Good solid service. Great customer service. Go see Eddie and he will take care of you for sure. Went and saw him twice and both times got my truck back to me in the same day. I highly recommend them. Put it this way it's a no brainer!!! Thanks lex brodies (queen st)!!!

Barney was very helpful, even offering me rides by a staff member back to my home while my car was being worked on. He also explained in detail issues with my car other than what I came in for and did not try to scare me into doing more work than I was prepared to pay for.

Great friendly service as always. They even took the time to drive my vehicle up to me. I'm sure Lex is smiling at them.

My passenger rear tire had 2 stripped lug nuts/bolts. I scheduled a 7:30 a.m. appointment to repair this on Friday, the 27th. It took almost 5 hours for the mechanic to fix this problem!! This was outrageous. When I complained to the gal that checked me in (& I got there 15 minutes prior to my appointment time) after two hours had passed, all she would say was that mechanical problems take time. This is the last time I will be taking my vehicle to Lex Brodies! I will also be telling my friends & family to stay away from them, too!

Great service! Gave us options and prices before touching anything. Topped off the oil and fixed a few lights without charging! Wish they did more services! Definitely use them again.
