Reference invoice#1108244, customer comment eForm#38331: Based on last year's safety inspection experience where my vehicle had to be 're-serviced' when I noticed that the tires were not rotated and verifying indicators on service completion were not affixed to vehicle, I informed service rep of experience and requested that special attention be paid to completion of entire purchased service. Upon completion of service, documentation of alignment was provided and my personal indicator showed that tires had been rotated. Assuming that other non-detectable services were completed. Recommendations on services that needed attention (front brakes/serpentine belt) were appreciated and will be addressed once further clarification is obtained (Please see Personal Message below). Two (2) days subsequent to service, I noticed the CHECK ENGINE light activated on my dash board. Having personally experienced this during previous self-maintenance of the engine air filter, I inspected the area and found that a hose was disconnected from the housing. I reattached and rebooted the computer by disconnecting the battery. While this confirmed that my air filter was inspected, I hope that more care is addressed during this process, in the future. Overall, I was happy with the experience, but feel that more documentation, informing the customer that all the services were performed would be beneficial.
