Lex Brodies is my go-to location for tires and suspension work. They are warm and professional and their prices are very reasonable. They really have a customer-focused Aloha spirit!

Arrived for appointment and was surprised by the courtesy provided. The service was done quicker than expected. Aware of the repairs needed, I was pleasantly surprised for the discount given.

Needed to have my auto's front end realigned. I had noticed that my tires were wearing down on the inside edges. When I got to Lex Brodie's , I was greeted right away. I explained my situation and asked for an estimate. I was given all the options and wait time. Everyone was knowledgeable , courteous, and very polite.

I set up an appointment 2 weeks ago and ordered tires that were in stock at a different location. I told the sales rep about Lex Brodies bad yelp reviews and said I wanted to give him a good one. Well..... I arrived this morning at my scheduled 9am appt. The guy knew nothing of my order, my appointment, and the tires were NOT in Kaneohe. I'm a small business owner and my business follows through every time, with everyone. If we cannot arrive on time or with the correct items, WE CALL! We don't waste your time. Lex Brodies in Kaneohe, you have wasted my time and the time of many others, I'm sure.

I always have a great experience at this location ever since I started going there. Staffs are very helpful and friendly; including the manager, the cashier, and the mechanic. The service is always exceptional so even though there's another branch in my area I still make an effort to go all the way to this location.
