Compare this to lackadaisical attitude at Sears where I left without being served after a 4 and 1/2 hour wait. They promised 1 and 1/2 hour and didn't even get started or even apologize. Price for the same two tires was $100 more. Lex is light years ahead in customer care, attitude and service.

Lex Brodie's is Absolutely Fabulous! I brought my vehicle to them because when trying to change my own oil, the oil cap was stripped. The people at Lex Brodie's kindly took a look at it and was able to loosen it. But before they changed the oil, they had me pick up a new oil cap from the company where I purchased the car. I brought the new oil cap to them and they were kind enough to do the oil change even though it was past my appointment time. Thanks to them, my car is running fantastic! Thank you everyone at Lex Brodie's Kaneohe. You are the best!

After trying to get my safety check done and being told by a couple other places I normally go to the next available day would be next week, I call Lex Brodies. This is Tuesday afternoon and I figure same answer, next week. To my surprise I am told the next day and they had several times available! I get there at 12:55pm for my appt at 1pm and am driving out at 1:25! Wow! Everyone I came across was helpful and friendly! Thank you Lex Brodies!

The service was bad. Again I called before my car appointment to confirm my time and asked how long it will take. Eddie told me 2-3 hours. Well when I got there Eddie told me hopefully 2-3 hours. He;ll try. I waited 4 1/2 hours!!! Again I missed my appointment after fixing my car! This is the second time my car wasn't finished on time! I regret buying the tire alignment warranty ; I wish I could cancel it. I will never buy tires or get other services at this place! :-(

Warm & friendly staff. Mandy was great in helping me & providing me with status of the repair. Since it was a weekend with your supplier closed on Sunday she offered me a loaner from Hertz. Your technician (didn't get his name) was also friendly & explained to me the possible problem with my car on Saturday when I brought it in.
