I went in to check out a persistent slow leak in my tire and left with a new set of 4 tires. Sales consultant pointed out how my tires were wearing away unevenly. Since I had the time I decided to go ahead and change all 4 tires. He squeezed me into their very busy schedule. It was a long wait for me but I drove away feeling safe and secure. I can feel the difference in the way that my car drives, ride is smoother.

Great customer service! Not only provided different tire options but physically brought out all the tires for me to take a look at. They even took it out to my truck to compare it against the tires I currently had on. The sales person explained all the benefits that came with my purchase, as well as each charge. I'm excited to re-visit in six months time for my free tire rotation and alignment.

The service was excellent. I called in to check if they had my size tire in stock after four failed attempts to different companies and Lex Brodies did. I went in they took down my car info and was able to get me back on the road within half an hour, if not sooner. The check in person was very helpful and courteous, plus the technician was fast and efficient with his work. Much mahalos to the Kalihi staff for taking care of my vehicle needs!

Everything is by appointment only now but they took me in anyway and right away for safety check. Always have great experience here, waiting room is clean and staff are always friendly. Smiles all around. Thank you again for the quick service.
