I needed to have my two rear tires replaced with new Michelin Pilot Super Sports since it was showing signs of balding. I made an online appointment a couple days in advance which was really quick and easy with a conformation of my appointment at the end of the day. When I took my car down, I checked in and right away they took a look at the two rears and made sure if any damages were there previously. I then gave them my keys, got some lunch with a friend, and got a call an hour and a half later saying my car is finished. That was the expected time they gave me. Checking out was quick and off I was with two new tires on my car! They did an excellent job and in the estimated time given! Highly recommended and would do future business with again!

I stopped by in the morning without An appointment. They took me right in and fixed my tire extremely fast. They are courteous and professional.

You would think that with such great ratings on here, this would've been a no-brainer... Well, I was wrong. I went in for an alignment. When I dropped the car off, I gave them my cell # - they asked for it. They said they would call me when their were done...in about an hour. This was in the morning. I managed to walk over to the McD's Express next to Sports Authority Ward and have breakfast. I managed to kill an hour and walked back. By the time I got back, it was an hour and 15 minutes. I waited another 15 minutes, and I asked the lady (middle-aged, local, longish hair) if my car was done...? She checked and came back. She replied: yeah, it's done. I asked her WHY NO ONE CALLED ME ON MY CELL PHONE WHICH THEY HAD ASKED ME FOR. *blank stare* I walked off annoyed. Now, Lex Brodie's advertises their "2-for-1" sale by giving you a "free 2nd" alignment if you bring back your car within a few months. Now, the above lady - middle-aged, local, longish hair - explained that to me, and said (in a nonchalant manner) to bring it "around" x-months-whatever-you're-supposed-to-under-their-rules-but-I-forgot-this-detail-since-I-will-never-go-back-there-again and "about" x-miles-again-forget-this-detail-for-the-same-reason. She repeated herself several times to the fact that if you bring it back AROUND that time with AROUND that mileage, I can get a 2nd alignment "free." Well, since I didn't take their restrictions as being hard set - yes, I agree it's MY fault for breaking THEIR rules - life for me was busy, and I only managed to go back in a few days after whatever within the x-months I was supposed to. Enter, young guy - tall, lanky, dark, short hair, local... He ABSOLUTELY refuses to honor their 2nd "free" alignment. Hey, you want 5-stars? I was late just a couple days, and these guy will not bend-over-backwards to help me out. On top of that, he tries to SELL me another alignment??? Me: "Do I need to pay for that?" Him: "Of course you do..." Boy, do I look STUPID to you??? After you decline my 2nd "free" alignment, you expect me to give you guys more money??? NO. I DON'T THINK YOU DESERVE 5 STARS. PERIOD. -1 star for FAIL for calling me when my car was done the 1st time -1 star for NOT making it crystal clear for getting my 2nd "free" alignment AND declining it for being a few days late -1 star for trying to FLEECE me of my hard earning money after declining my 2nd "free" alignment Sure, I'm in the wrong for breaking their rules, but you really call this CUSTOMER SERVICE??? Hey, you could've offered at least a discount for another alignment, but NO - IT HAD TO BE FULL PRICE. If you didn't get it the first time, I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. Be warned, unless you can drop your vehicle off early in the morning, they do not take walk-in's cause it's PACKED once it's gets close to lunchtime - unless you have a prior appointment? It took me several days to figure this out, as I wasted my time trying to get the car serviced after 9am!

The Honolulu crew accurately diagnosed a faulty wheel bearing which was making a noise. After repair the car sounds like new. Thanks gang!

I took my car in because of an oil leak, I needed an A/C system check, and the timing belt needed to be replaced. I also had a new water pump put in. I like the convenience of the Honolulu location to my workplace, how Jim communicates with me about the service needed and he returns calls timely. I like the immediate attention that the people give me when I walk in. I like that I got a rent-a-car and the shuttle service. I also like the clearly printed out and detailed invoices.
