DO NOT GO HERE. So theres no confusion my wife and I wanted to get that out of the way first. As the other posts have also said if you mistakingly choose to take your vehicle to the Lex Brodies at this location, then it is a guarantee that you and your loved one's will assuredly fall victim to the following. 1. They WILL recommend unecessary maintenance. 2. They WILL create problems with your vehicle that did not exist prior to your visit. Avoid this establishment.

I received excellent customer service from Chelsie at your Pearlridge store. She is so pleasant and efficient. I'm always happy to see her when I take my car in for servicing because I know that the job will be completed as promised.

Today was the first time I have been to Lex Brodie's and the service here is unbeatable! They were very pleasant on the phone when they made my appointment with no hassles. When I came for my appointment, each worker that passed me asked if I were helped yet. I am very pleased with the customer and auto care that Lex Brodie's has to offer. Lex Brodie's will now be the only place that I will go to for my car needs.

We came to Lex Brodie's twice in the past week. The first time they serviced a leaking wheel cylinder, replaced a CV boot, and did a safety check. Barney did an excellent job helping us. The second time we made an appointment to have the washer fluid pump replaced. When we arrived on time at our appointment that morning we were told the wait would be between 1-1.5 hours. After waiting over two hours I asked what the status was. We were told that they didn't have the part and were waiting for it. They said that it had been sent back. We had to come back the following day to pick-up the car. Except for this mixup the service was excellent.

Timely and very courteous.

Had to wait from 9:30 AM to 2:40 PM to get a diagnostics done on the "brake light" and all it turned out to be was low break fluid levels and "dirty" brake fluids. But staff was very kind, so I forgive for all the time I had to wait.
