One of the few car repair shops open on a Sunday. My car hit some large potholes on a Saturday evening and a metal plate/cover came loose. The next morning, I tried to get it fixed at Goodyear Kapolei but they said they don't have certified technicians working on Sundays so they couldn't help me. Next I went to Firestone Waipahu. They wouldn't even look at my car since no one was available for the next 3 hours to tell me if it was something they could fix. Finally, I ended up at Lex Brodie's which opened last of all the nearby shops. My car was fixed in less than 10 minutes! Hiroshi was courteous and efficient! I have never had better service at any car repair shop!! I'm so grateful that for the help!!

Firestone told me that I would have to wait 3 hours before someone could even look at my car to determine if they could fix it. BUT Lex Brodie's employee Hiroshi fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes! He was courteous and efficient! I am definitely going to bring my car back here for any repairs and maintenance from now on!!

This location is good but you can bank on needing to wait a while. Depending on the job and how early you can get the car there since they don't take appointments, it can take a day or a few.

I had a pre-appointment set up for 9am. The service was just ok. I was told after tire rotation and inspection that I would need new brake pads and rotors. They told me that my car would be available by 12 noon, I said that I would be waiting at the lounge. At 12:30, I checked and the car was still not ready. I was told that the wrong part was delivered and I should be done with 30 to 45 minutes. After checking a few more times, finally my car was ready at 1:51pm. Just under 2 hours after the promised time.

The people at this location were super friendly and helpful. They helped me get my safety check on the last day just before five last year. This year, they gave me a great deal on tires and finished my safety check in less than an hour. The people who helped me were both knowledgeable and kind. I told them I was on a budget and they helped find me some good deals on tires. I also got a sticker for when to do my next tire rotation which is awesome because I never know when to do that. I wrote this review a couple of years ago, but I just found it. I didn't safety check at this location last year, but I will this year.
