Awesome service and workmanship!!

Wow, I had a great experience today at Lex Brodie's in Kalihi. Zach helped me out from start to finish, and also another customer service rep (I didn't get her name) who helped to set me up with adding my Hawaiian Miles account.I just stopped by to get a quote on some new tires - I ended up leaving my car -right then and there for the tire replacement service.Zach explained the tire services that came with the new tires, & I opted for the alignment service as well.. The repairs that needed to be done, in priority, were explained to me in detail - what needed to be done, when @ at what cost. I was very impressed with the job & service & I will be back to get those repairs done-soon!Thank you Zach!!

Happy with the tire package but disappointed in the efficiency of the service. I had an appointment, but I think I was handled as if I was a walk-in. After my car had not been worked on for more than one hour after the appointment time, I reported that I couldn't wait more than one more hour. The service tag number on the car was then switched which suggested to me that it hadn't been tagged as if I had an appointment. What is a reasonable time to begin service after a scheduled appointment? Over one hour to begin service makes the appointment time almost meaningless. Doctor's offices don't make you wait this long.

LEX, I'm a fan and you deserve 5 stars based on your well trained staff but there's a problem; your prices are just a bit more than other places would charge. Twenty bucks more than Jiffy Lube for an oil change isn't cool. I printed out the coupon from lexbroidies.com for the 'Fixed Forever Brakes' and saved a few bucks there. Check in on Yelp for 15% OFF any services (not combinable with coupons) or use the coupon if it's more. NOTE: If you're getting your brakes done you DON'T have to have your Rotors replaced unless they are really thin (have the mechanic show you). Don't feel pressure to replace them as the 'Fixed Forever Brakes' package includes resurfacing (making them smooth again). TIP: Make an appointment as they are super busy. Catch a movie, get a massage, eat in Kakaako as you wait for your car.

Used to like the service...Until my car was hit in their lot and the Manager and employees didn't take it seriously. Employee comments that only a scratch on a plastic bumper. They got the persons name and telephone number that hit me but not license plate number or car description....Also claim they are not responsible for damage. If you think getting scratches on your painted bumper is no big deal then by all means go here....if not find somewhere else.

Absolutely and completely 100% satisfied with products and service. Gerard and all the employees were so friendly, helpful and honest with me. I'm going to take all my business to them. So nice to deal with a company that you have complete trust in. Thanks.

Asked my wife today to drop off my car to get my shocks and struts done, after being quoted three-hundred by Lex Brodie's for shocks today, I figured it was a good deal. The wife dropped me at work and drove my car to your shop, where the figures changed drastically. The woman told her my shocks weren't set to expire for another month, why not get some new tires. She offered my wife $100 off and a $70.00 rebate for a new set of BF Goodrich tires that I didn't need. I had great tread on two tires and enough on the other two to get by for a year or longer. I've had the truck since 2006, with 52k miles bought new tires for it at 30k. I feel my wife got conned and wasted her day off to not get what we needed, "SHOCKS!" STRUTS!...not TIRES! $A thousand dollars I was willing to pay for struts or shocks or both, even if it was only for two wheels. We asked for that. The woman who was speaking to my wife (I don't know who) pushed for the tires, which makes the ride quieter and smoother than my off road tires, but my shocks and struts are not so quiet and my tires were fine...for now.

Excellent. I came in to have a nail on one of my tires removed. And they were fast, friendly, and helpful. No appointment was set-up, yet they were able to help and accommodate me last minute. Location was also a plus. I'm glad there is a location near where I live. Thank you Lex Brodies at Pearlridge!
