We have been taking all our family cars to Lex Brodie's in Kaneohe for years and have consistently gotten excellent workmanship and fair prices on all of the work. The crew always checks everything out, calls to say what it will cost and then calls when it is ready. The service is outstanding. I have even been told when I don't need to do something if it isn't necessary. These folks are honest and I won't take my cars anywhere else.

I would like to thank the staff at Lex Brodies for an awesome experience. I needed to get a few things done and I had lots of questions for them. I bought 2 ea. tires and got a safety check at the Pearlridge store this a.m. I was helped by a young lady named Chelsea. I would like to let her manager know that she was very helpful and friendly. She even took the time to register me for the HAL mileage program. Today, we human beings are quick to complain and maybe it's because good service is not very "common". After recently purchasing a hybrid car, I decided it might be best to skip Lex and go to the specialists. The "specialist" (dealer) misdiagnosed my problem, ordered the wrong part twice, took 21 days, and charged me $600 to give me back a still broken car. I ended up using the internet to diagnose the problem, ordering the parts from Amazon, and paying Lex Brodie to install them. Lex charged me $350 for labor and fixed my car in half a day. I have a long history of not trusting mechanics; many regularly exaggerate problems, or lie to cover up blotched diagnoses. I used to do most repairs myself, but am past that point in my life. I am thankful to have a place like Lex Brodie where the culture promotes honesty and accountability. Unless you have some nice old guy you've been taking your car to for years, I would recommend using Lex Brodie for repairs, just maybe not on the day I wanna go in.

Staff was very friendly. Our tires were at another location, but they were able to schedule us the next day. They went to pick up the tires at the other location that day after speaking to me. Excellent service!

courteous and fast service

Very great experience. Dealt with your assistant manager. He was courteous, gave me a quote for work required to fix problem in very little time and explained the issue. My wheel was tightened and I was not charged. Will come back to fix issue.
