Checked in at 10am for a 1030 appointment. Salesman said he would call me in about a half an hour to confirm wheel bearing problem. Did not hear from him for about an hour. Salesman confirmed wheel bearing and advised price. I accepted the terms and he said it would take about two to two and a half hours. He said he would give me a call when it was ready. By around 2pm I had not heard back so I walked back to the shop thinking it must be ready. Upon arrival asked for an update and was told thirty minutes. Did not get the truck back until about 4pm. Paper floor mat not removed from vehicle, I took it inside for disposal, no apology.

Brought my Toyota Tacoma in for a brake squeal problem, tire rotation, and a safety inspection (without an appointment); thinking I needed to have a brake job on the front disc brakes. Barney was very friendly and helpful. He said they're a bit busy but could do a quick free brake inspection to determine if it is indeed in need of new brake pads. As it turned out, my brake pads are fine. That gave me peace of mind. Although work was not done on the brakes, squeal not as bad now so probably just dirty. The gal that cashed me out however was not too friendly. She can learn a few customer service skills from Barney. Actually.........I think Barney is just that way.
