Great service!

I was worried I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for safety check soon, since it was the end of the month. However, I called on Friday and they had an appointment for Monday morning. I was greeted fairly quickly upon entering, and they took my keys and paperwork in no time. I waited in their customer lounge, which a lady came in twice while I was there to check on that there were coffee, cups, etc. I was in and out of Lex Brodie's in less than 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient!!!

Wanted to get my tires rotated and one plugged. Was quoted $40, so yeah I was okay with it. Was called back a few hours later and was informed to rotate the tires was going to cost $130. So of course I said no ask the reason why and they said I have out of stock tread. So when I picked up my truck for the the plug service they tried to bill me $34, so I questioned why $34 dollars. When I first came in, I was quoted $40 for plugs and tire rotation. Thanks to Jim he just charged me $21 regular plug price. I feel like they tried to rip me off and price gouge me. I always trusted Lex Brodies but not no more. THANK YOU VERY MUCH

I was in the Waipahu area for an unrelated auto care issue when the technician told me that I needed new tires. When I looked at the tires on my truck, I realized that I didn't just need tires, I needed tires NOW! I drove straight to Lex Brodie's! The salesman (who's name I failed to get) was helpful and friendly! He told me that if I wanted to wait, it would be about an hour and 45 minutes. HE LIED! It only took about an hour. Having an air-conditioned customer lounge, with free Wi-Fi and coffee, made it feel like a 15 minute wait! With all the "rail construction" on Farrington Highway, I know people are avoiding the area. But if you need tires, Lex Brodie's is still the place to go!

Consistently excellent service; I've never been disappointed. On my latest visit, I had attempted to get a safety check at 2 other places but the inspectors had already left for the day. The technician that helped me get my work order in was FANTASTIC!! I didn't get his name, but he was GREAT! He was a young gentleman with a tatoo on the outside of his forearm. He greeted me when I drove up, explained to me about the tires I was purchasing, and he also signed me up for the Rewards Program that I asked about. This employee definitely deserves to be recognized! Thank you for the awesome service....I'll be back for my oil change soon! :)

I had all 4 tires replaced and all rotors, brake pads replaced on my Lexus SUV. When I drove up to the garage I was greeted by Mandee who was very welcoming and explained everything very clearly. She explained my options and I felt very comfortable choosing the right tire and brake service. I already knew before hand that I needed tires and brake service- it was just a matter of how much I would need to pay here. Another thing is that I had already done some research on how much 18" tires, rotors and brake pads cost if I had purchased them on my own- so it was no surprise when she broke down the costs to me. Also I told her about some online coupon which I failed to print, but she gave me the discounts anyways. Since it was late in the day, she offered me a free rental car loaner which I accepted since I needed to go to work. Getting a loaner vehicle was a pleasant option and I needed that to get me around while they worked on my vehicle. Later on in the evening she called me 2 times to let me know several other price options I had for the Brake Rotors and Brake pads because there were performance derivatives with their own different prices. Anyways the next day I go to pick up my car and everything goes well, I paid $2k for everything buy I understand that it was alot of equipment that just got replaced on my car so it is well worth it. The car drives smoother and sounds quieter with the new Brake Rotors, pads and tires. What starts to concern me is the smell of brake fluid as I drive, and I hope that no brake fluid has leaked onto my rims, or any part of my vehicle because brake fluid can easily remove paint (I know what brake fluid smells like I've done my share of brake service). I arrive home and decide to look closely at my wheels only to discover how dirty and greasy the rims are. My entire vehicle was washed prior to dropping it off at Lex Brodies so the rims were super clean, but now they were covered in grease and grime- I could only hope it was not anything corrosive. So I quickly wiped all the grease and grime off of my rims while my feeling of satisfaction turned sour. To sum it all up, the whole Lex Brodies experience was great but was tainted by the simple act of not cleaning the grease off a customers rims. It was almost a 5 star rating dropped to 3 stars but because of the friendliness of Mandee I made it 4 stars. Please wipe down a customers wheels Lex Brodie employees, it makes a big difference.
