Although I made an appointment to rotate my tires, it took approximately 3 hours to do the rotation and wheel alignment (there were quite a few cars at the site). I'm not too sure why it took so long, perhaps because I failed to request a wheel alignment in addition to the tire rotation, but nonetheless, I feel that my car should have been given priority over those who may have just been "walk ins".

Mr. Barney Griggs is a outstanding employee of your company, he is always willing to seek the highest customer satisfaction whenever we go there for any type of service. He is truly a assets to the company, besides his skills, knowledge and abilities he has a professional demeanor about him and is always pleasant and accommodating. I hope this gentlemen is not retiring soon, for his presence alone will be surely missed.

I had a screw in my tire. They didn't take long to fix it.

We took the car in to check the tires as it was making road noise. The crew checked the tires as well as the other parts without charge.

I just walked up to the counter, didn't even have an appointment(because my 4G was not working properly) and they were able to take my car without any hassle. It took a couple of hours, but it was okay because there are a lot of retail stores nearby to walk to. Customer lounge has a tv and free coffee. Reasonable price and 4 year unlimited mileage warranty on the tires. Awesome local company!

From the initial phone to make a reservation, being greeted upon driving into the lot, being checked in and given a time frame till completion of the work, being checked out and then handed my car key all leads up to a 5 star performance. I wish all other companies had the excellance in performance as Lex Brodie- Thank You very much. :)

I went in for a tire repair, they checked all my tires and even cleaned the sidewalls to make them look new again. Thanks Coop

While I realize that Saturday's are probably your busiest day - having to wait 3 hours to change a tire is not acceptable. Since we bought our tires from you we figured to take our car back - not something we could wait for because of tire separation. Hope you consider adding more than 2 tire people on weekends.
