I called for a same day safety check appointment, they fit me! I arrived a little early and I was greeted as I exited my car and they took me in right away. The waiting room was fairly full and I was happy they could squeeze me in. All went smoothly. As I waited I need to used the restroom , I hesitated assuming that I would not feel comfortable using a auto shop restroom. I did end up using the facilities and was pleasantly surprised. I was very clean and nicely decorated! As a female I am always happy when it's a clean place. Staff was very nice and the end of my transaction they signed me up for the new reward program, I am earning Hawaiian Miles with all my visits to Lex Brodies! Thank You Very Much!

This place sucks. Waiting for hr&1/2 still not done. We are here for only inspection. Boston takes only 15min Hawaii take all day. Do not used this place again. Very bad customer service.

Lex Brodie's provides first rate service! I requested an appointment online and received a call with 24 hours to set the appointment. I was sent a quote for tires so I could consider my options before I went to the shop to get my tires changed. On the day of my appointment, I found the staff professional, very friendly and the service was fast - in and out within an hour. They even assisted me with getting the Hawaiian Miles I was due from my purchase. I would recommend them to all my family and friends.

Came in for a wheel alignment for my Nissan. Upon arrival I was greeted not once but three times from different staff members. The staff made sure that I was helped promptly. I hung out for about an hour in their ac waiting room watching MTV and then I was called by a staff member and said my car is ready. Awesome customer service and pricing is really great.
