Very professional, efficient and entire staff seemed like they really cared. Outstanding!!!!!

I showed up for my 10:30 appt., but they didn't have me in the system and took me anyway. Drew did my safety check and explained things very well to me since I just moved here and had an out of state registration. The gals at the front desk went out of their way to help me with things. I later realized that I had an appointment with a different company, but drove myself on over to Lex Brodie's by accident! Well, there are no mistakes, and I was very happy to be serviced here.

Thanks to Eddie and crew for repairing my A/C in these hot days. The time was great, and the service was excellant. I will certenly come back for additional service and new tires. I have been a customer for over 30 years with different cars and trucks. The staff continues to be courtious and helpful all the time. The lounge I was waiting in was well kept, and comfortable. Unless you like getting ripped off, do not take your vehicle here! First of all I took my vehicle in for a minor repair and oil change. They did originally fix the repair problem, but filled my vehicle with synthetic oil that cost over $70. My vehicle is older and does not require synthetic oil and it isn't recommend by the manufacturer. They failed to mention that they were putting in synthetic oil when they gave me the estimate of over $200. The second time I brought it in was because the problem related to the original repair returned after a few days. I suspected it was a defective part. They took the vehicle for the entire day and said that it was because I was using the wrong fuel. I've been using the same fuel ever since I've owned the vehicle. They didn't replace the part and the problem was not fixed. I ended up taking the vehicle in to the dealership and they ran several diagnostics that cost me $150, only to come to the conclusion that the part that was installed was indeed defective and needed to be replaced. They said it had nothing to do with the fuel being used.

I am thankful for the service I received on my repair, however I would have appreciated if the person servicing my car put something down first. .. my seat had oil spots and my glove box also:( my interior is creme in color and leather.
