Awesome Service!

I always go to the Kalihi Store. I work two blocks away and its very convenient to me. The friendly staff are experts with my car and tires. Its a match made in heaven. No worries with you guys!

On July 11th 2015 Sat. the warning light in my car indicating that the oil is low. I went to R.B. at 7:30am without appointment. A gentleman named Celso Junior Sabas told me that the place is busy with full work that day but he will try to help me if I left the car. I was very grateful when he called me around noon to let me know that the car is ready to be picked up. I could have been in very difficult position the next week in I didn't have the car. Thank you Mr. Junior, I really appreciate the courtesy. I will be back again and tell my friends to go to you. Sincerely, K. Nitta

I have been to other tire places and LB has the best services! The are fast and keeps me updated on how long it will be. When anyone has problems with their tires I tell them to go to LB Waipahu!

Got to work with Kevin, a customer service rep. Had a mechanical failure at work tried to call my usual dealer, and they were too busy to call back. Made a call to Lex, and they told me to bring it down to take a look. Even though they were backed up, they were able to give me a break down of fix and parts before the end of day. By the next day done, parts and fix were complete!

Outstanding service. I'm very satisfied with the service. I was kept informed of the problem and what needed tone done. They reviewed the history of services previously done and didn't charge me for repairs that needed to be redone and was considered still under warranty.
