I really appreciated the work done on my Tacoma at the Pearl Ridge location. The staff there I found were very friendly and had my Tacoma repaired that same day. I didn't think it would be possible due to the all the vehicles in the parking lot when I arrived. But within a few hours I received a call from Jasmine informing me my vehicle was done and I was back on the road later that afternoon. I would definitely recommend them. I originally went to Costco to try get my tires replaced but they were busy and had to order my tires 2 weeks ahead of time. I needed to get my tires replaced ASAP on the same day as they were balding and a heavy rain storm was approaching so safety definitely became a concern. So instead I called around and JDA from Lex Brodie helped me out and said they had an available appointment and they got me squared away and got my tires replaced within 2 hours.

My son brought my vehicle in for me. Seems adequately serviced. One ☆ because of wasting my time via unnecessary seats adjustments in my vehicle. If they could adjust it, they did. Who changes the tilt of the steering wheel in another person's car? And every single setting on my front driver seat. Additionally. Every adjustment possible on my dashboard. Changed.

Please email to scottwilliams@lexbrodies.com Our team does need to move the seat in many cases. Sometimes while looking for the button to move the seat back, other buttons can be touched. Please note: Other drivers who drove the vehicle would normally need to adjust settings as well. If we did multiple services, different team members would need to adjust the seat, especially if a tets drive was needed. Plus we see in your review someone else brought the vehilce in for you. For the dashboard, if the visit was for a safety check, some vehicles make us search for the odometer (which we need to take a photo of) where we will start testing various buttons to find the odometer. Once we receive the invoice number we'll review your feedback wioh our team.

Disappointed with front desk service. I showed up expecting the usual friendly service & warm greeting. However, when I entered the doors, I was rudely ignored for a few minutes with the lady and man working on paperwork and on the phone. I then was shoo-ed into the cordoned off area to wait with no one in line. I waited for almost 15 minutes in that “line” and wasn’t acknowledged or informed that they will be right with me. When I was finally called over, the service was cold and not friendly at all from the lady. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or just overwhelmed, but I was very disappointed at this. I just might take my business elsewhere because of this. The tire service was good as usual, however.
